We offer a whole complement of services ranging from the complete planning, design, and execution of the details of your special day to simply day-of services or floral design.

wedding Planning packages

This package is for the couple that just wants to enjoy the engagement season and desires guidance every step of the way. We will handle the nitty-gritty details of event management as well as carrying out the overall design elements so you can focus on soaking in one of the sweetest seasons in your life!

This package is for the couple who desires overall direction and help getting the planning process started, wants to handle all of the in-between details themselves, and then have our team help carry it to the finish line.

This package is for the couple that has planned the bulk of the wedding themselves and has already booked all vendors, but wants help in coordinating all of the final details of the event, such as timeline, rehearsals, day-of details, and onsite coordination. This package includes a day-of rehearsal only.

We show up on the day of the event to serve as coordinator after receiving a completed timeline from the couple in advance. We will make sure that everyone makes it down the aisle and everything runs as smoothly as possible! This package includes a day-of rehearsal only. Pricing for this package is a flat $1,500.

Any time within one year works for us!

We ask for a $500 deposit to secure your date on our calendar. We then ask for 50% at the “half-way point” and the final 50% 30 days prior to the event.

For Eight-Week or Day-of Coordination, we only offer day-of rehearsals. For Full-Service or Partial Planning Packages, we offer rehearsals the night before or day-of the event.

floral design

Since every event is unique, we do not have specific Floral Packages. We begin with an initial consultation to get an idea on your budget and vision for your floral design. We then take your input and craft a proposal based on your budget and preferences.

We do have a $5,000 minimum in place in an effort to protect all parties involved and to ensure that everyone is happy with the finished product, but we handle all budgets starting at $5,000 and beyond.

We have a long-standing relationship with some of the best floral wholesalers in DFW. We take our designer eye and experience coupled with their knowledge of floral varieties to provide you with the most beautiful blooms.

While fresh blooms are always our first choice, we will work with silk florals if the design or season warrants.

Full-Service Planning & Design

  • We begin with an initial consultation to get to know you as a couple, see your inspiration pictures and hear your vision for your event. We have found that this step is crucial in crafting a day that is truly unique to your story and feels like you. 
  • From there, we begin nailing down some of those “big rocks” such as budget, venue, event size, design vision, and your personal priorities for your celebration. 
  • Next comes building your dream vendor team. Included in your package is access to our preferred list of vendors that we have an established relationship with, however, your vendor team does not have to be limited to that. We are always looking for new vendors to dream with and collaborate with to make your day as special as possible! We research vendors, review contracts prior to booking, place orders and manage quote comparisons, as well as handle all communication in regards to setting any necessary meetings, making revisions to contracts, and organizing the logistics leading up to your day.
  • After this, we focus on design details such as stationery, floral, and floorplans. We also begin working on event management details such as timelines, rehearsals, and day-of details looking for ways to ensure that this day speaks to who you are as a couple and is as stress free as possible for everyone involved. 
  • This package includes at least six face-to-face or virtual meetings along the way and unlimited phone calls and emails upon booking.
  • Pricing for full-service planning begins at $10,000. This price is subject to change based on the scale of the event and added planner responsibilities. Every event is different, and as a result, requires different levels of service and time commitment. As with the rest of your event, this package can be customized to meet your specific needs or desires. Let’s have a conversation and see how we can best meet your needs!

Partial-Service Planning & Design

  • What this looks like practically: 
    • We begin with an initial consultation meeting to help talk through your vision for the day. We will talk about “big rock” items such as budget, venue, event size, design vision, and your personal priorities for your event. We help you narrow down choices and give you access to our preferred vendor list. Once those decisions are made, we then take a step back while you carry out all of the logistics of planning a wedding-  researching any necessary vendors, sourcing and securing items, comparing quote prices, signing contracts, and more. 
    • In the interim, between getting the planning process started and then handing off all booked vendors at eight weeks out, our role becomes one of “Consultant”, giving you access to industry knowledge and acting as a sounding board in decision-making.
    • Handoff of completed vendor list happens at eight weeks out from your event. At this time, we will begin communication with all vendors, and begin working on event management details such as timelines, rehearsals, and day-of details, making sure your day is as stress free as possible for everyone involved. 
  • This package includes at least three face-to-face or virtual meetings along the way and unlimited phone calls and emails beginning eight weeks out.
  • Pricing for partial-service planning begins at $5,000. This price is subject to change based on the scale of the event and added planner responsibilities. Hi there, I'm Anna!

Though I was just about 5 years old when Pam started in the industry, I have been right by her side for quite some time. I started helping Pam back when we were creating floral arrangements right there in her own kitchen! I spent most of middle school, high school, and even weekends in college driving back home to help her with larger weddings. Safe to say she’s taught me everything I know!  

I love logistics just as much as I love aesthetics and attention to detail is my love language. My goal is to provide a luxury planning process for our clients, orchestrate show-stopping yet timeless designs, and create unforgettable and meaningful experiences for everyone who attends your event.

In addition to planning events full-time for Twigs & Twine, I am a calligrapher and design luxury paper goods through my company, Paper Haven. I create custom invitation suites as well as day-of stationery such as menus, ceremony programs and escort walls. Large or small scale, I am your girl! Hello, I'm pam!

Where do I even begin? I have been so blessed to be able to build a business that allows me to work with people that I love using the gifts that I’ve been given.   

It brings me so much joy to serve excited brides and their families as we plan for and execute one of the most meaningful moments of their lives. It’s an honor and a privilege that never gets old and one I never take lightly.  

I’ve always had an eye for beauty and details. Over the last 20 years I have worked with countless brides to make their wedding dreams come true.

From over-the-top centerpieces and show-stopping floral installs to incorporating personal elements, my goal is to make this day everything you’ve hoped and dreamed it would be.  

On a more personal note, I’ve been married to my sweetheart for 42+ years and can honestly say I’m still crazy about that patient man. We have two beautiful daughters, two great sons-in-law, and the six most adorable grandchildren you’ve ever seen.  

But enough about me—let’s talk about you! I can’t wait to see and hear your vision for your celebration. And always know, we consider it a blessing to be a part of it.
